My career has taken me from technical instruction and enterprise implementations in Israel to leading learning and development in Canadian fintech and SaaS. That progression shaped how I lead: understand the business, identify capability needs, and build the strategy and systems that help people and organizations grow.
I’ve built L&D functions from scratch, established governance and executive reporting, and led leadership development, mentorship and scalable onboarding. At ScalePad, that work has contributed to a development culture recognized as a Best Workplace for Professional Development in 2024, 2025, and 2026.
Today, I also work at the intersection of human learning and artificial intelligence — leading practical AI upskilling and contributing domain expertise to improve AI-generated workplace learning.
I bring a global, cross-cultural perspective, an MBA, and a grounding in instructional technology. Based in Richmond, British Columbia, I’ve partnered with teams across SaaS, fintech, healthcare, utilities, automotive, aerospace, and enterprise technology.
